Job Description

SummerPosition
We are currently seeking applicants for 1 summer
position, funded through the YSEP Summer
Employment Program in partnership with Qalipu
First Nation.

Position Title: Youth Engagement Assistant
Position Details:
35 hours per week
7-week term (Summer 2026)

Duties may include:
Assisting with youth programs and daily activities
Supporting community events and special
initiatives!
Encouragingyouth participation and engagement!
Preparing and organizing program materials
General clean-up and organization of spaces!

Eligibility Requirements:
Be between 15and 29 yearsofage
Be registered as a full-time student for the 2025-2026 academic year
Intend to return to full-time studies in September
Identify as Indigenous
